please let me know the following question:
1. is it mean you accept my claim and consider that buyer made a fraud dispute/claim?
2. is there any other way to recover the negative balance other than place the new fund on my paypal account?
Please let me know your further information very soon,
because I`m afraid if we wait too long for the buyer to pay back the credit card, my business that using paypal transaction system will agitated. Thank you very much.
