Each client who orders Worldbizdata products must read the terms and conditions apply.
Worldbizdata.com now provide digital download link for every product that purchased by our customers, after customers made a payment we will create an account for customers to access customer’s area and then download the product. Therefore please allow us to verify your payment and create an account for you maximum 3 x 24 hours at working days.
The worldbizdata.com warrants that the Data will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by the worldbizdata. All other warranties, conditions or terms relating to fitness for purpose satisfactory quality or condition of the Data and whether implied by statute or common law or otherwise are excluded.
All of our Email Lists and Mailing Lists are considered Opt-In. They were collected from opt-in web forms, phone calls, trade shows, public surveys where the recipient gave their email address and contact information. Sending to our lists is completely legal as long as the CAN SPAM act is followed.
The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, along with any additional terms which may be provided which relate to the specific Worldbizdata Materials provided constitute the entire agreement between you and Worldbizdata on the subject matter. Any additional or different terms or conditions in any other document, including without limitation any of customers purchase orders, shall be of no effect.
As a payment we accept Liberty Reserve, Western Union, Money Gram and Bank Transfer.
For the Liberty Reserve payment, Money Gram and Western Union Payment we need maximum 24 hours for the confirmation on working days and the product will deliver to you maximum 24 hours after payment approved on working days.
For the Local Bank Transfer (Indonesia), we need maximum 24 hours for the confirmation on working days and the product will deliver straight away.
For the International Telegraphic Transfer, we need at least 3 days to confirm and maximum 7 days for the confirmation on working days because international telegraphic transfer need more time to be deliver into our account. And the digital download link product will deliver maximum 24 hours after the payment is approved on working days.
This policy may be amended from time to time at the discretion of Worldbizdata.
Without limiting any other remedies it may have at law or in equity, Worldbizdata reserves the right to terminate this Agreement immediately without further notice if Worldbizdata has reason to believe Customer is not complying with this or any other express condition of use.
