- A: We update our business database product every year in January and always check it for validation whether email bounce back or successful delivered.
- Q: How will our order be delivered?
- A: We will deliver your order by digital download link at our customer’s area, all you need is login with the username and password that we have send you and then after you access customer’s area you can download the product that you already purchased. Therefore please allow us maximum 3 x 24 hours on working days to verify your payment and create an account for you to download the product. Usually we just need less than 1 hour to confirm about your payment and create an account for you if you purchase with paypal payment.
- Q: Why you don’t accept paypal payment any longer?
- A: Because of the amount of fraudulent orders on our website, we are only accepting secured payments for first time customers. We accept these payments by Personal or Company Check, Money Order, Bank Wire, Western Union or Money Gram. We only receive paypal payment from our existing customers.
